Ingredients:
3 peaches, peeled and chopped
¾ cup sugar
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 8 lemons)
5 cups water
Directions:
- bring peaches, sugar, and water to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer until the sugar is fully dissolved about 10 minutes.
- Use an immersion or regular blender to puree the peach mixture until smooth.
- Pour the puree through a strainer, pressing to extract all the juice. Allow it to cool completely.
- combine the peach mixture with lemon juice in a pitcher once cooled. Stir until well combined.
- Serve chilled over ice for a refreshing treat.
