Ingredients:
• 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
• 1/2 cup of flour
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/4 cup of milk
• 12 marshmallows
• 12 pieces of chocolate (about the size of a marshmallow)
• Oil for frying
• Powdered sugar for dusting
Directions:
1. Mix together the crushed graham crackers, flour, baking powder, and salt in a shallow bowl.
2. In another bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs and milk.
3. Skewer each marshmallow and a piece of chocolate together with a toothpick.
4. Dip the marshmallow and chocolate into the egg mixture, then roll them in the graham cracker mixture until they’re nicely coated.
5. Heat up some oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to about 375°F (190°C).
6. Fry the coated marshmallows and chocolate, a few at a time, until they turn a lovely golden brown, which usually takes about 2-3 minutes.
7. Once they’re fried, carefully remove them with a slotted spoon and let them drain on some paper towels.
8. Before serving, give them a light dusting of powdered sugar.
