Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Dry Ingredients:
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat and Prepare:

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Mix Wet Ingredients:

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the instant vanilla pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.

Combine Dry Ingredients:

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until incorporated. Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips.

Form and Bake Cookies:
